  • Whenever possible, we use a courier service over a national post service.  Please ensure you provide a street address as well as a P.O. Box so we can find the best way to ship your order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination.
  • All Orders are Shipped from Sainte Julienne, Quebec
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value or during promotional periods. Details will be specified on the website.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days within Canada, and 10-12 to the United States.
